Mai Tai

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz light rum

1.5 oz pineapple juice

1.5 oz orange juice

.5 oz orange curaçao

.75 oz Hāmākua Coast Premium Macadamia Nut Orgeat

2oz dark rum

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pour light rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, orange curaçao, and HCP Macadamia Nut Orgeat into cocktail glass.

  2. Fill with ice.

  3. Top with dark rum

  4. Add your favorite local garnish, straw, and enjoy.
