Ube Lava Flow

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz light rum

1 oz coconut cream

1oz pineapple juice

1.5 oz Hāmākua Coast Premium Ube syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice in a blender.

  2. Add ice and blend until smooth.

  3. Drizzle HCP Ube Syrup on bottom of cocktail glass.

  4. Pour blended drink into glass, add your favorite local garnish, straw, and enjoy.
